Garp

Garp is a legendary Marine Vice Admiral known for his historic battles with the late Pirate King, Gold Roger. He possesses immense strength and extensive knowledge of the seas. After a chaotic encounter involving Captain Morgan, he took Koby and Helmeppo under his wing. Rather than punishing the young recruits for their recklessness, Garp brought them to Marine Headquarters to mentor them personally, training them into disciplined future officers.
