Once a legendary police dog known as the "Black Fang," this former partner of Jouji now inhabits a small sheep doll as the unofficial leader of NORA. After escaping his original body, he has possessed various hosts, including the trainee Yataro. Though he possesses a laid-back, occasionally lewd personality, he can become truly diabolical when plotting assassinations. Using his unique ability to detect lies through scent, the biological father of the Inaba siblings continues his desperate search for his true form.
