Zeppeli

Zeppeli is a dark-skinned vampire with silver hair and a goatee who governs Sasanagi Hospital, the primary stronghold for his kind. Though he appears to be hunting Hime for her blood, he actually spends his time manipulating events from the shadows. His past alliance with Reiri has left him widely hated throughout vampire society.
