Often accompanied by his loyal owl, 003, he shares Tsuzuki’s cheerful disposition but possesses a sudden, fierce protective streak for his friends. While he possesses the magical ability to animate his poorly drawn sketches, he is best known for his bizarre experiments involving potions. A former employee of the infamous Five Generals, his mysterious past remains deeply connected to the Mother Project.
