Sayori Mizushima

Known for her stingy nature and reputation for being slightly devious, this notorious treasurer manages the Student Council's finances with an iron grip. Though her obsession with hoarding the council's budget leads to a dismissal by Natsuo Maki, she eventually regains her position alongside Yuiko Enomoto. Despite her reputation as a miser, she maintains a private romantic relationship with a boyfriend residing in a nearby district.
