Neko Ou

Neko Ou is a stout monarch driven by an unstable and obsessive devotion to Haru. He ignores her desperate pleas to avoid marrying Lune, pursuing her with a single-minded fixation that defines his role in the story. Even when she attempts to flee the impending union, he continues to chase her, completely disregarding her lack of consent or desire to go through with the wedding ceremony.
