Once a resident of the prosperous Tiphares, this skilled cyberphysician and battle-hardened hunter discovers a broken Gally amidst the Scrapyard’s debris. After repairing her, he adopts her as his surrogate daughter, nurturing her growth within the wasteland. Although he initially attempts to conceal his dangerous life as a bounty hunter from her, Gally eventually uncovers his secret identity and chooses to join him on his perilous missions.
