Mokuren

A ruthless and psychopathic killer, this character was once associated with the Uruha group, including a partnership with Koganei. He harbors a disturbing fixation on killing women, though he surprisingly made an exception for Recca during a confrontation. Following a defeat, he vowed revenge against Recca and developed a deep animosity towards the Hokage due to perceived disdain. Believing everyone is selfish, he resorts to deceit and manipulation to achieve his goals, reflecting a darker side akin to Mikoto.
