Once a member of HOMRA, this high-ranking SCEPTER4 commander carries a dark history of betrayal. Though he often appears lazy, bored, and unmotivated, his true nature is far more dangerous and competent. Beneath his listless exterior lies a ruthless, sadistic sociopath who will use any means necessary to achieve his goals.
