Belze Rochefort

As a trusted member of the Chronos Numbers, Belze Rochefort serves as the second-in-command to Sephiria, a role he has held since Train departed the group. Armed with the spear "Gungnir," he acts as Sephiria's primary right hand. Although the Numbers' internal structure lacks strict hierarchy, Belze is recognized as the Vice Commander, following the Commanding Officer. This character appears consistently across the anime adaptation, though he was notably absent from battles involving Kyoko and Charden.
