Sorata Kanda

As the central protagonist of the series, this second-year Suiko student resides in the eccentric Sakurasou Dormitory after being evicted from his previous housing for rescuing a stray cat. Living among incredibly gifted artists and geniuses, he often struggles with feelings of inadequacy due to his ordinary nature. Although he initially resists the responsibility, he eventually becomes the dedicated caretaker for the talented but socially detached Mashiro, managing her daily needs as requested by Chihiro.
