Motoharu Kaitou

Motoharu Kaitou is known as the "eternal clown of Class A." A blonde fighter with a cheerful but clumsy demeanor, he maintains a cynical worldview beneath a playful facade. While he works at a beach swimsuit event, his true nature remains hidden. Despite appearing incompetent, he utilizes a high-speed combat style similar to that of his best friend, Akatsuki Ousawa. Though his full abilities are unrevealed, his intense battles against Akatsuki demonstrate the true extent of his strength.
