Rip Van Winkle

Rip Van Winkle is an SS-Obersturmführer within Millennium who uses a long-barreled flintlock musket to fire homing bullets. It is unclear if she is a vampire or a modified human, but her history includes a previous encounter with Alucard. Driven by a fear of "Samiel," she adopts the persona of "Kaspar" from the opera Der Freischütz. She led the initial assault on the HMS Eagle, where she killed the entire crew and all embedded vampire operatives.
