Higashi no Kaioushin

Serving under the Grand Supreme Kai, this purple-skinned ruler governs the universe's Eastern Quadrant alongside his devoted bodyguard, Kibito. Though he famously considered himself the weakest of the four original deities, he emerged as the sole survivor of Majin Buu’s devastating attack on the Kaioshin realm. Often referred to simply as Kaioshin due to his status as the last of his kind, he maintains a distinguished presence in his elegant, high-class attire.
