As the firstborn prince of the planet Dogura, this brilliant but sadistic royal possesses a massive IQ that he primarily uses to amuse himself by tormenting others. Known colloquially as Prince Baka-a title that serves as a clever pun on the Japanese word for "stupid prince"-he makes a brief, memorable appearance during an arena fight in episode 36 of the 2011 Hunter x Hunter series. Though his true name is Baka Ki El Dogra, his reputation for cruelty precedes him.
