Reiji entered the Bell of Wishes Festival with Ash, Iris, Cilan, and Stephan. A self-proclaimed psychic, he used his Elgyem's abilities to cheat during various events rather than competing fairly. His dishonest tactics included using Elgyem to manipulate Mile’s mind for quiz answers, a method that ultimately helped the group succeed in the contest.
