Driven by an unstable, psychopathic impulse, this eccentric cyborg serves as the Union’s liaison and Rosewater’s new assistant following Angel's departure. While his true loyalties remain shrouded in mystery, he appears to manipulate his position between both factions to maximize bloodshed. Motivated by a deep-seated hatred for artificial life, he finds sadistic pleasure in the slow, agonizing dismantling of active androids, making him a volatile and unpredictable force throughout the second season.
