Ryuunosuke Ibuki

Driven by a deep-seated resentment toward the samurai class, this stubborn and often abrasive protagonist wanders aimlessly following his mother's tragic death. After being robbed and left for dead by roaming ronin, he is rescued by Serizawa Kamo, only to find himself bound in servitude. Living among the future members of the Shinsengumi, he must navigate life with ambitious young warriors, eventually finding his hardened heart softening as he connects with their noble dreams.
