As the leader of Genomic, a company focused on creating micro-machines, this individual is a pioneer in the micromachine field and holds a significant patent for a treatment of Cyberbrain Sclerosis. Despite receiving government funding, the efficacy of these treatments was later questioned by Serano himself. He was tragically assassinated before he could provide testimony, and the company's operations are based out of Holland.
