Serving as the energetic co-3rd seated officer of the Thirteenth Division, this spirited Shinigami shares her rank with Sentarou Kotsubaki under Captain Juushirou Ukitake. As the younger sister of Fourth Division Lieutenant Isane Kotetsu, she possesses a deep sense of loyalty paired with a much more boisterous personality. Driven by an intense, often comedic infatuation with Ukitake, she constantly competes with her partner to prove her devotion, frequently leading to hilarious and exasperating displays of affection.
