Hotaru

As a prominent member of the Mibu’s Five Stars, this spy was originally dispatched to monitor Kyo. He deeply admires Kyo’s cold, bloodthirsty nature and feels bitter toward the compassion Kyo has gained through his bond with Yuya. Driven by intense resentment, he also harbors a grudge against his half-brother, Shinrei. As the illegitimate child of a concubine, Hotaru’s existence is defined by his bitter rivalry with the favored Shinrei.
