Tomoko Kuroki

Tomoko Kuroki is a 15-year-old social outcast at Makuhari Shuuei High struggling to gain popularity after a difficult start to high school. Lacking social skills and any established friends, she relies on her brother for guidance and looks to her popular friend, Yuu Naruse, for inspiration. Through various missteps, Tomoko gradually learns how to interact with her peers. By her second year, she begins building connections, eventually forming a diverse group of friends by her third year, which includes a kouhai who secretly admires her.
