Yasunori Kuroki

An exceptionally skilled oboist, this musician first captured attention by performing the R☆S orchestra's inaugural solo after falling instantly for Nodame. Though his stoic, "samurai-like" composure initially defines him, his life shifts after discovering Nodame's true personality. While studying in France alongside Chiaki and Nodame, his struggle with cultural adaptation earns him the disparaging nickname "Glauque." Despite these social hurdles and initial friction with Tanya, he eventually finds his footing and joins Chiaki’s Roux-Marlet Orchestra.
