Lotton, known as "The Wizard," is a bounty hunter who wears a black trench coat and shaded glasses. He carries Mauser C96 pistols and maintains a quiet, mysterious persona, though his attempt at a flashy entrance is cut short by Revy’s gunfire. While he initially appears more like a poser than a powerhouse, his ability to survive heavy odds suggests hidden resilience. After a near-death experience, he shows a rare moment of compassion by choosing to aid the wounded instead of pursuing his targets.
