After being taken in by Kira Hitomiko at age eleven, he eventually joined Raimon, initially leading Kirino to suspect he was a Fifth Sector Seed. Although he used this lie to provoke his teammate, he eventually proved to be a dedicated teammate, shedding his deceptive persona to bond with the rest of the squad.
