Rin Asano

Driven by a burning need for vengeance, this sole survivor of an Ittō-ryū massacre seeks to avenge her slaughtered family. As the heir to the Mutenichi-ryū school, she compensates for her mediocre swordsmanship by utilizing a diverse arsenal of knives and a Chinese blade. While she hires Manji as a bodyguard, her growing, largely unrequited feelings for him complicate her quest. Though initially naive, she matures through a journey of internal doubt and identity struggles.
