Lum no Haha

Lum no Haha rules the Oni planet as its sovereign. While she initially speaks only in the native Oni tongue, she later develops the ability to understand multiple languages. Her authority extends to commanding the planet's interstellar defense forces, a power she displayed during her direct confrontation with Mrs. Mendou.
