Meiko Shiraki

Meiko Shiraki serves as the Vice President of the underground student council. A strict disciplinarian, she is known across campus for her sadistic tendencies and her disdain for men. She often patrols the grounds in revealing attire, frequently using a horse whip to punish detainees such as Takehito. While she has a reputation for mistreating the five boys in detention, she maintains immense physical strength through a rigorous daily regimen of push-ups and intense leg squats.
