Katsuhiro Tsukioka

Katsuhiro Tsukioka is a celebrated nishiki-e painter in Tokyo, known throughout the Meiji era for his detailed ink illustrations of historical icons. However, his public identity as the prolific artist Tsunan hides a different reality. As a survivor of the Sekihō Army, he has spent the last decade operating in secret, driven by a private mission to seek vengeance against the Meiji Government.
