Crazy Crazy Cabbie was once a taxi driver whose obsession with high-speed driving led to his death when he lost control of his vehicle and drove off a steep cliff. He now exists as a restless ghost haunting the roads. No longer bound by human laws, he wanders the afterlife purely to cause mayhem and satisfy his impulse for destruction.
