Jinzouningen 18-gou was engineered by Dr. Gero and shares a biological foundation with her twin brother. Although often categorized as a cyborg, she is a modified human rather than a purely mechanical entity. While she functioned as a mass murderer in Future Trunks' timeline, her role changes throughout the Dragon Ball saga. She remains a central figure in Akira Toriyama's franchise.
