This recurring figure serves as Giovanni's secretary in the Pokémon anime, first appearing in Memories are Made of Bliss!. She is instrumental in Team Rocket's activities, notably sending Delibird to recruit Jessie, James, and Meowth for Giovanni's secretive "Project Den." Throughout various Best Wishes series, she frequently appears alongside Giovanni, issuing commands to the trio. In BW025, following events in Castelia City, she temporarily lets Jessie, James, and Meowth operate independently in Unova.
