Nishi no Kaiou

As the arrogant ruler of the West Galaxy, this diminutive deity serves as North Kai’s primary rival. Known for his rude demeanor and signature blue monocle, he commands a powerful group of warriors, most notably his elite fighter, Pikkon. Though he personally trained Pikkon in the Thunder Flash technique, he often complains about the modern generation's reliance on raw destruction. His history is deeply intertwined with the universe's greatest threats, including a past encounter with the terrifying Majin Buu.
