Kaibi Gokusai

Kaibi Gokusai is a member of SCHOOL and an esper with the "Measure Heart" ability. Although she presents herself as a glamorous fourteen-year-old, her actual power level is unconfirmed. She frequently uses flamboyant clothing to earn extra income, but her primary role involves assisting Kakine Teitoku in his negotiations with Aleister. Despite a playful demeanor, Kaibi is merciful; she hesitates to fight when an opponent's intentions are unpredictable and holds genuine respect for the bond between Shiage and Rikou.
