Shiokishi

Shiokishi, a pivotal figure in Academy City's defense, commands its military operations as one of the 12 Directors. His constant companion is the HsPS-15 Suit, not for paranoia but to maintain a sense of security. Introduced in Volume 19 of the light novels, Shiokishi initially served as an antagonist, targeting GROUP. After his defeat, he unveiled DRAGON's identity, expressing regret over its existence yet acknowledging the necessity of knowing to protect Academy City. The encounter left him incapacitated, leaving his fate uncertain.
