Gaishi

Once a member of the Baku Provincial Guard, this loyal companion of Kantai serves as one of the five defenders assigned to the Forbidden Gate following the Kei rebellion. During the era preceding Youko Nakajima’s coronation, he faced a difficult moral dilemma when Risai forcefully breached the gate seeking aid to find the lost Taiki. Demonstrating his compassion, he intervened to protect the perceived intruder from the lethal wrath of his fellow guards.
