Driven by a self-proclaimed genius for strategy, this Baroque Works agent uses the Doru Doru no Mi to manipulate molten wax. While he cannot transform his entire body, he can generate massive amounts of wax to trap enemies, famously attempting to encase Nami, Vivi, and Zoro within a suffocating spinning trap. Seeking glory by targeting the giants Dorry and Broggy, this cunning tactician ultimately met his defeat alongside fellow agents Miss Goldenweek, Mr. 5, and Miss Valentine.
