Toratarou Shima

As the brilliant psychiatrist leading the DC Mini development team, this department head suffers a mental breakdown after the device is stolen. His frantic, irrational reaction leads to a near-fatal leap from a high-rise window. Following this descent into madness, he becomes trapped within a surreal, shared dreamscape previously experienced by one of his former patients, eventually requiring Paprika's intervention to find his way back to reality.
