Karl Fei-Ong

Serving as one of Diva's loyal Chevaliers, this influential figure presides over the Vietnamese all-girls academy attended by Saya. Known to students as the mysterious "Phantom," he haunts the campus leaving blue roses behind for his victims. Driven by a traumatic memory of losing his arm to an unrestrained Saya during the Vietnam War, he develops a dangerous fixation on recreating that violent encounter, an obsession that ultimately leads to his tragic downfall.
