As the father of both Nenene and Toki, this influential figure holds a high position as the Prime Minister of Japan and a key member of the organization known as Eden. Despite an outwardly cheerful demeanor, he views the Code:Breakers with a detached perspective, considering them merely instruments to be used. His true lineage is complicated, as only Nenene is recognized as his legitimate child, while Toki has erased his former identity before becoming a Code:Breaker.
