Driven by a deep connection to an ancient shrine, this wandering spirit relies on the power of human prayers to sustain his strength. Seeking to reclaim his lost name, he eventually crosses paths with Natsume, only to discover that the era of devotion has nearly faded. With most of his longtime followers long gone, he is left with only a single, devoted connection to the elderly woman known as Hana.
