Jei Kokuren

This character is a representative from the Japanese counterpart of Kokuren and Bai-lan. He was arranged to marry Sei by his father and Sei's grandfather to unite the white and black lotus symbols. When Sei's grandfather refused to display both seals together, the character became enraged and attacked Sei's group to forcefully acquire the Bai Lan seal. After securing the seal, he was intercepted by Jo, who crashed a yacht's dragon head onto his vessel.
