As the leader of the grand Legend Festival celebrations on Earthia Island, this character holds a significant position. She was formerly the Festival Maiden, responsible for organizing events centered around legendary birds and their tamer, Lugia. Due to age, this role was passed to Furuura. A close friend, Michiko, was also stranded on the island following a severe storm, adding to the island's unfolding events.
