Ilkuubo acts as the Dark King's most powerful ally, utilizing massive defensive capabilities to block heavy assaults. While physically imposing, he remains vulnerable to direct strikes. His role in the central conflict intensifies following Kiriya's return to the Dark Zone, at which point he undergoes a transformation into a monstrous form to join the Pretty Cure. He is characterized by a pale complexion, a bald head, pointed ears, and dark eyes similar to Kiriya's. He typically wears white and carries a purple prism stone.
