This devoted father, Uta's, interactions with his beloved stuffed companion, My Melody, are filled with humorous misunderstandings. A magical mishap involving Kuromi briefly made him the fastest man alive, a spell he eventually overcame with help from My Melody's family. He enjoys lighthearted joking, often to the annoyance of his daughters. Discovering his children's relationship caused an initial outburst, but he ultimately accepted it.
