Chikage Rokujo leads his biker gang with a reputation for heavy combat, most notably seen in his fights against Shizuo and later Kadota. He is known as a ladies' man, often surrounded by female followers, yet he follows a strict code of chivalry. Under this principle, he refuses to direct violence toward any woman, regardless of whether she is an ally or an enemy.
