Sonsei

This character is the aunt to the main protagonist and a sister to Sonken. Despite a strict demeanor towards her youngest niece, she harbors deep loyalty to the Queen and Sonsaku. However, her allegiance shifts when she opposes Sonsaku's wars, fearing they will devastate Wu and the Son lineage. She was involved in a conspiracy with other nobles to orchestrate Sonsaku's death and seize the throne, a plot ultimately foiled by the Queen's machinations, resulting in her arrest.
