Tooi Rondo

Residing in the high-tech LaRousse City, this young boy is the son of the prominent scientist Dr. Rondo. Although he possesses a natural love for creatures, he suffers from a deep-seated phobia of Pokémon following a traumatic incident in the Arctic. During a research trip years ago, a meteor crash involving Deoxys triggered a terrifying stampede of Todoseruga that left him deeply scarred, a fear that continues to haunt him years later.
