Born as Francesca, this vampire was transformed by Vera during a period of profound grief following the loss of her family to the Spanish Flu. Though once deeply bonded to her creator, she eventually resurfaced as Hysterica, leading a terrifying faction of vampire suicide bombers. Her ultimate goal is to plunge Tokyo into anarchy by utilizing specialized chemical agents designed to make vampire blood detonate upon contact with the heart.
