Akagi

Akagi is the wealthy businessman and mastermind behind Team Galactic. He controls much of Sinnoh's infrastructure, including many of its libraries, using his corporate persona to hide his true identity. His primary goal involves using the Red Chain to control Dialga and Palkia by stealing legendary orbs and manipulating powerful Pokémon. This pursuit of power eventually drives him through a mysterious portal, leaving his ultimate fate unknown.
